What is the fit of your suits?
Our Ready-to-Wear suits feature a standard tailored fit designed to accommodate the average body shape, rather than slim fit. We intentionally keep the sleeves and pant hems slightly longer to allow for easy alterations. This approach ensures that with minor adjustments, you can achieve a fit comparable to a custom-made suit at a fraction of the price.
What fabrics are used in the suits?
Our suits are made from 100% Australian Merino wool. The Kennedy suit uses Super 100’s wool, providing excellent structure and durability for everyday wear. The Churchill suit features Super 120’s wool, offering a finer texture and a more luxurious finish.
Are the suits lined?
Yes, the jackets are fully lined and the trousers are half lined for comfort and ease of movement.
Are the trousers pre-hemmed?
No, trousers are delivered unhemmed to allow for easy tailoring to your preferred length.
How do I find the right size?
Most people already own a suit. Simply provide the brand and size of your current suit, and our AI assistant will cross‑check it against our sizing to recommend the ideal fit for you—and explain why. Alternatively, you can refer to our Size Guide.
Are the suits suitable for formal or business occasions?
Yes, the classic design and premium Merino wool make them ideal for professional settings and special events.
Can I return a garment if it doesn’t fit?
Absolutely. If your suit hasn’t been worn or altered and still has all swing tags attached, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products - so if it’s not right for you, we also accept returns. All exchanges and returns MUST be within 14 days of receiving your garment.
Please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order & Client Information:
By ordering and making payment, you confirm and agree that all information regarding design details, fabrics, fittings, and personal contact details provided by you are true and correct.
If any information provided by the client has been given incorrectly, Brent Wilson takes no liability for the consequences arising from such errors.
Alterations and Additional Charges:
Garments may require a minimal amount of alterations upon receiving and trying on your garments for the first time. These alterations would be minimal and cost-effective, and will need to be done at the client's own discretion.
Fitting and Delivery Schedule:
Once the finished suits are ready for delivery within our agreed 4-6 week delivery window, we will schedule shipment directly to the client’s provided delivery address ready for your second fitting and garment try-on.
Shipments are directly scheduled to the client's specified delivery address, requiring a signature upon receipt.
Refunds:
Our garments are meticulously crafted to order and dispatched directly from our artisan factory to the client.
Refunds are unavailable due to the customised nature of our garments.

Should concerns arise regarding garment quality or construction, please contact our Customer Support Team enquiries@brentwilson.com.au within 7 days of order delivery for timely assistance.
