These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Ready To Wear collection offered by Retail Trading Corp T/as BRENT WILSON (“Company”). By purchasing from this collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

Delivery:

• Orders are delivered within14 business daysfrom the date of purchase.
• All shipments are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout and requirea signature upon receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is our priority.

• Refunds, exchanges, and credit notes are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

• Product Information & Customer Responsibility:
  - We make every effort to clearly and accurately describe each product, including its design, specifications, measurements, fabric composition, colour, and other relevant details within the product description on our website.
  - It is the purchaser's responsibility to carefully review and understand the product description, sizing information, measurements, specifications, and all other information provided prior to completing their purchase. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, returns, or credit notes where a customer has failed to read, review, or properly understand the product description, sizing information, measurements, specifications, or other information provided prior to purchase.
  - Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

• Goods may be exchanged for online orders on the grounds of a fault in the product or a different size of the same product (in the same color). Returns are approved at the discretion of Brent Wilson.

• All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all swing tags attached and original packaging. Items with alterations or personalisation applied are not eligible for return.

Product Images, Colours & Fabric Appearance:
We make every effort to accurately display the colours, textures, and appearance of our garments and fabrics.

However, colours, shades, tones, and textures may vary between devices, screens, monitors, and mobile phones due to differences in display settings, brightness, resolution, calibration, and individual device characteristics.

As a result, the actual colour, tone, texture, or appearance of a garment may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen. Such variations are a normal occurrence in online retail and do not constitute a defect, fault, or misrepresentation of the product.

Variations in colour, shade, tone, texture, or appearance between the product displayed online and the product received are not grounds for a refund, return, exchange, credit note, chargeback, or claim under these Terms.
